Aigra AI ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you visit aigra.co (the "Site") or contact us.
Information we collect
Our Site does not use contact forms, accounts, or logins. If you choose to email us using the links on this Site, we receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your information.
Information collected automatically
Our Site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with most websites, our host may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the Site running. Our Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your device's IP address in order to serve those fonts.
How we use information
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry and to provide the services you ask about. We do not use it for advertising.
Text messaging (SMS)
Aigra AI provides automated text-messaging services on behalf of the businesses we work with. When you call one of these businesses and your call is not answered, a follow-up text message may be sent to the phone number you called from to help you reach the business or schedule service. You consent to receive these messages by calling the business. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site (for example, our website host), who may use it only to provide those services, and we may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep the information you send us only as long as needed to respond to you and for ordinary business recordkeeping, after which we delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our Site is intended for business owners and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
